Description:

Immediate Need: Our organization is urgently seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner (PO) to lead the development and implementation of high priority project - designed to enhance the customer experience in the realm of online scheduling. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in navigating the complexities of stakeholder conversations and collaborating with a shared development team.

KEY responsibilities:

Product Development and Roadmap:

  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Engage with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to gather requirements and prioritize features.
  • Translate business goals into actionable product strategies and features.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to drive innovation and effective problem-solving.

User Experience and Customer Focus:

  • Advocate for the end-user, ensuring that products deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Incorporate user feedback and market research into product enhancements and iterations.

Backlog Management:

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, defining user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain a well-groomed backlog that reflects current business priorities.

Delivery Oversight:

  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and make data-driven decisions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, demonstrating a track record of successful product delivery.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and the ability to effectively operate in an agile development environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
